Mentor a Promising Youth

Share the knowledge you have acquired; put your fingerprint on the next generation of professionals through the NBMBAA Leaders of Tomorrow^® program.

For more than a decade, this challenging program has had a stimulating influence on high school students with a grade point average between C- and C+.  These students have exhibited leadership potential, but require additional motivating people and factors in their lives to realize their full potential.

Local NBMBAA chapters need mentors who are available to tutor, lead workshops, chaperone students on college tours and to the NBMBAA Annual Conference, and administer scholarship programs for college-bound students.
