TRAVEL AND LOGISITICS

The 2012 competition will be held at Emory University in Atlanta, GA from June 22-24. Additional logistical details will be posted soon.

1. CONSENT FORMS - Chapters must submit a consent form for each participating student.

2. MEDIA RELEASE - Chapters must submit media release forms for each student and coach.

3. TEAM INFORMATION - This spreadsheet informs coordinators of who is traveling with your team. Please submit one form per chapter, but do not modify the format of the spreadsheet. Simply put N/A in fields not applicable. Include information for everyone traveling with your team.
