Program Manager (2 Positions Available)
The purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate and implement new and existing programs/initiatives that will help the NBMBAA to continue to fulfill its responsibility to the NBMBAA membership, while expanding its reach across the nation and into the future. Projects may include, but are not limited to: Content and curriculum development and design for conferences, workshops, seminars, virtual seminars, web conferences, tours, networking events; General, corporate, student and member inquiries regarding subject matter; Interdepartmental projects or other activities pertinent to the subject matter; develop business opportunities; serve as liaison to chapters; assist in the organization/development of chapters, etc.

Department: Corporate Partner Development

Director of Development
This position calls for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with the capacity to produce extraordinary results. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CPD Director has responsibility for all development activities including; corporate relations, business and fund development. The main objective of the CPD Director is to drive revenue growth through sponsorship and fund development. The position is responsible for the identification of, solicitation of, negotiations with, and closing of all high-level, strategic sponsorship targets. The CPD Director is responsible for creating and executing a Sponsorship Strategy that identifies and pursues sponsorship candidate organizations, packages association assets for presentation to those organizations, and fulfills sponsorship agreements in support of the association’s mission.

This position will gather data about the market environment for a variety of sources including internal and external secondary data, internal prospect and customer data and primary research.
