Conference Job Match (CJM) is a targeted recruitment service providing job matching
between our partners and exceptional diverse MBA's who will be attending the NBMBAA
Annual Conference and Exposition. Each year, over 350 corporations and government
departments seeking top talent interview candidates for open positions during the
NBMBAA Annual Conference and Exposition.
The NBMBAA provides on-site interviewing facilities during the two-day Career Fair
so our Corporate Partners and Exhibitors can actively recruit and source personnel.
This exclusive service is available only to organizations exhibiting during the
NBMBAA Annual Conference and Exposition.
Conference attendees must post resumes in the Conference Job Match Database, even
if they are currently in the NBMBAA Employment Network.
